Welcome! This guide will help you know what to expect on your first day.

On your first day, you will take part in a short induction. This is a simple session to help you get started and feel comfortable. You will learn about:
- The course structure and what you will be doing
- What is expected of you
- Health and safety rules
- Support services available to you
- Attendance requirements
- Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) support
Before training starts, you will need to complete some enrolment forms. This includes giving your Unique Student Identifier (USI) and, for some courses, showing valid ID. You may also do a short LLN check so we can provide extra help if needed.
Your course will be done in CANVAS, an online learning platform. You will use laptops or tablets to complete lessons, activities, and assessments. All equipment, including laptops and tablets, will be provided. You do need an email address that you can access on a laptop.
