- Describe what PEG feeding is and when it is used
- Identify key components of a PEG feeding system and their purpose
- Apply safe and hygienic practices when supporting PEG feeding
- Support individuals with PEG feeding in line with care plans and organisational guidelines
- Recognise and report common issues, risks, and signs of concern associated with PEG feeding
- Promote dignity, comfort, and safety during PEG feeding support
- Apply client‑centred approaches that encourage participation where appropriate
